Tim Warneford is featured in the Times Education Supplement piece on the marks that can be accrued for a financial contribution from a school when bidding for the Condition Improvement Fund.

The points system to get funding for projects such as boiler and roof repairs ‘heavily favours’ those who can provide higher contributions, a Tes analysis has found. Academy trusts are 85 per cent more likely to win government cash to keep school buildings safe if they can stump up large sums themselves.
