Tim Warneford to host Education Estates fireside discussion on school estate management

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Tim Warneford, Partner at Warneford Consulting, will host a fireside discussion at the Education Estates Conference on Wednesday 21 October, exploring how well schools and trusts really understand the condition, risks and priorities of their estates.

Taking place on the Fireside Exchange Stage from 1.30pm to 2.15pm, the session will bring together education and legal expertise to challenge thinking around estate data, governance and investment decisions.

Tim will be joined by Jo Burton, Partner at VWV Solicitors and Julie Lawson and Founder of the Estates Strategy Partnership.

The discussion will ask delegates to consider whether they have a reliable picture of their estate, how confidently they can evidence compliance and condition, and whether their data is informing strategic decisions rather than simply responding to urgent problems.

After the session delegates will be invited back to stand 237 for a champagne reception and to discuss the launch of GEMZ (Great Estate Management Zero), the estate management approach powered by Warneford Consulting, which supports education settings to move from estate data to better-informed decisions.

Good estate management starts with good information.
