Unleashing Potential at the ISBL Annual Conference
Tim Warneford of Warneford Consulting and Phil Herriott of Lloyds Banking Group’s Education Team are once again joining forces to offer advice and support to academy schools.
Fresh on the heels of their recent publications “Optimising Income Generation” and Making Energy Savings” (See links below) they are delighted to be co-presenting at the Unleashing Potential virtual conference, hosted by the Institute for School Business Leadership (ISBL) from November 10th-13th 2020.
They will be talking about the significant financial impact that CV19 has had on trust’s outgoing costs and loss of incoming revenue streams that are thought to have effected the sector by as much as £1 billion.
Tim and Phil will be offering advice on the range of available funding streams; from central and local government and also options for attracting inward investment to help bridge the financial gaps and make the best of limited resources.
Real life case studies will evidence the imaginative ways some schools are already securing vital revenue through excellent understanding of their local communities bespoke needs and also achieving simultaneous energy savings and carbon emission reductions. And how some trusts are ring fencing savings and income to reinvest in their estates to create additional facilities for both their pupils use and for further out of hours income.
