Compliance Survey Services
In consultation with my academy school client base, I have designed a comprehensive compliance survey audit, that covers 55 separate items.
A RAG report is produced that equips the school with an internal audit and an external review of where the trust is and is not, meeting statutory and insurance requirements.
Actions are assigned to one of Site Manager, School Business Manager or Finance Director. The report is designed to be readily comprehensible to the responsible governor.
I can further assist with any shortfalls by conducting any of the services in-house or through my extensive specialist supply chain partners.

Many clients are taking advantage of the compliance audit offer as part of the condition survey service also on offer. Other clients are instructing me to conduct the audit and be prepared in advance of the ESFA’s own Condition Data Collection Programme survey that is to run until Autumn 2019.
